I have been working as an IT architect, tech lead & analyst for more than 18 years. I deliver projects for banking, insurance and telecommunication segment for companies such as Česká Spořitelna, Komerční Banka, Česká Pojišťovna, Český telecom/Eurotel (O2).
My professional experience includes team leading (up to 16 members), cost account management (middle- range projects), planning and timing. My strong knowledge of IT Enterprise Technologies is crucial for my decisions. I’m emphasizing on clear working rules, transparent responsibilities, good communication in team and working atmosphere because these are the keys of success for good project delivery.
